Terms & Conditions

Your confirmed itinerary and written booking conditions govern your booking.

Travel enquiries

Submitting an enquiry is not a confirmed booking. Vihari Travels, a division of Spice Voyage Private Limited, will discuss your requirements and provide the details of your proposed trip.

Package prices

All displayed package prices are starting prices per person. Airfare and visa processing fees are extra. Our base packages cover on-ground arrangements including hotels, transfers and sightseeing, with exact inclusions confirmed in your individual itinerary.

Customized itineraries

Packages are foundational itineraries that can be tailored with additional days, accommodation upgrades and activities. Changes may affect the final price. Availability and rates must be confirmed before booking.

Booking and payment

Payment requirements, cancellation conditions, refund terms and supplier policies will be provided with your booking proposal. No deposit amount, cancellation fee or refund promise is established by this website.

Travel documents

Ask our team about passport, visa and entry requirements for your destination before confirming travel. Airfare and visa charges depend on your departure city and current rates.

On-trip support

Vihari provides a dedicated 24/7 concierge service via WhatsApp and phone for on-ground requests, emergencies and real-time itinerary adjustments.
